RSC2 is currently looking for an Operations Research Analyst to join our growing team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support the newly awarded SAI contract!

Responsibilities:

Provides subject matter expertise in Operations Support to an entire organization or major components of an organization.
Works various special programs and projects.
Attends meetings at Command level and higher headquarters when required.
Prepares decision papers, documents, and reports.
Possesses expert knowledge of organizational planning, risk management, and program analysis.
Performs segments of broad and complex studies and analyses across organizational and functional lines on a variety of projects, issues and problem cases.
Provides results to senior technical personnel on a variety of tasks, relevant to PM plans and objectives.
Possesses expert knowledge of the planning process and project management.
Leads efforts to defines and document processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures for complex and large scope projects.
Assures integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks.
Initiates, develops, revises, recommends, and implements policies, plans, procedures, and directives.
Identifies existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommends corrective action.
Advises leadership pertaining to assigned program, briefing preparation, and objectives.
Collaborates internally and externally and provides advice and support to the organization leadership, staff, and program managers on any assigned programs/projects for stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, etc.
Accomplishes detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives.
Provides support for risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, performance of projects/programs.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance level.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
A minimum of eight (8) years related experience.
Four (4) years military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience.

$80,342 - $192,656
