POSITION OVERVIEW Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences.

You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.
You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years.
After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.
Full Time: 36 hours per week
7am - 7pm

Minimum Requirements License and Certification

Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS)

Education

RN-Associate's Degree
RN-Bachelor's Degree
RN-Diploma
RN-Master's Degree

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process.
