Sales Representative (On & Off Premise)

As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Craft Alcohol Sales Representatives.

Position Overview:

As a Craft Alcohol Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of craft alcohol products to a variety of customers, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other retail establishments. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our craft alcohol products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other retail establishments.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential customers.

Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate customers and drive sales.

Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Keep management informed of sales performance and market dynamics.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with alcohol sales, specifically selling to either on-premise (bars, restaurants) or off-premise (liquor stores, retail) accounts.

Proven track record of success in sales within the alcoholic beverage industry.

Knowledge and passion for craft alcohol products, including beer, wine, and spirits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

Uncapped commission with average earnings of $50,000 - $70,000 once ramped.
