Arjo is seeking a strong Houston-based medical sales professional to call on Acute Care facilities in the Houston Metro area.

The selected candidate will drive sales of Arjo's key product categories:
Therapeutic Surfaces & Medical Beds (TSMB) and Patient Mobility/Safety Equipment.

The primary objective of this position is to achieve revenue goals and long-term account growth that aligns with the Arjo's strategic plans while maintaining positive relationships with the customer.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and sell Arjo products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators within expected timeframes.
Create new sales opportunities through regular visits, customer engagements, facility needs analysis, and lead qualification.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results
Manage and perform appropriate product demonstrations for sales opportunities and in-service training.
Document all planned activities, sales call logs, account information, sales opportunities, and quotes through the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree is required.
At least 2 years of successful and documented B2B sales experience in consultative or concept-selling environment.
Medical products sales experience strongly preferred, particularly in acute care setting.
Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment (medical device preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and/or other sales software.
Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
