At MINT Dentistry, we're not your typical dental office. Our mission is simple: make dental visits enjoyable and memorable. We're passionate about patient satisfaction, and our thousands of 5-star ratings speak volumes about our success. Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Patient Concierge to join our energetic team and help us continue to redefine what it means to visit the dentist.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
Assists with uniforms, and ad hoc reporting, as directed
Tracks all required clinical licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
Prepares and maintains new-employee files and documents
Assists with incident reporting and ensures proper documentation and adherence to protocol
Support clinical staff as needed
Qualifications:
High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer facing role in office setting
Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required
1 year or more customer service experience
