Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to our direct client, a global medical device company in Fort Worth, TX.
Job Title: Contract Administrator / Paralegal (Contractor)
Pay Rate: $41/hr (W-2)
40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Draft, review, and manage assigned IT-related contracts within the contract management system.
Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts.
Assist attorneys in contract negotiations.
Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues.
Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities.
Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members.
Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company values and behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate required
Five years prior paralegal experience preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience reviewing IT related contracts is preferred
