POSITION Associate Manager, Retail - Sales and Service

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals

Oversee and optimize staffing to ensure seamless sales operations, maintaining a strong presence as a role model in both customer engagement and sales generation.
Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges.
Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to continually upskill the team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and clienteling to achieve business goals.
Foster an inclusive, positive workplace where all associates are empowered and treated fairly and respectfully in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Ensure timely resolution of client service issues, including delivery/pick-up and outstanding issues, through effective use and management of client registry and order management tools.
Deliver sales an KPI targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Cultivate strong client relationships through ongoing personalized outreach, driving loyalty and long-term engagement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of previous retail management experience or management experience in a customer service or hospitality-related field.
Strong time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
Full-time personnel are expected to be available to meet the needs of the business.
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and two closing shifts during the week (Monday to Friday).
