Role Summary:
As a

Customer Support Specialist , you will serve as the first point of contact for our client's customers, helping to resolve inquiries and complaints related to their accounts. Your ability to actively listen and utilize your skills in customer service, creativity, and empathy will be crucial in delivering an outstanding experience during every interaction. In this position, you will assist customers with their account issues through various channels, including phone, email, and web inquiries, while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries about their accounts (averaging 40 to 50 calls daily).
Respond to customer inquiries using the training provided and resources available.
Identify and address customer needs to ensure complete and accurate assistance.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and challenging scenarios.
Process transactions through web-based applications.
Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws.
Support team members during peak workloads or absences.
What We Offer:
Full-time Employment
Hourly Rate of $15.00, starting on your first day
Flexible 40 hours/week availability; shifts may vary across our business hours
Business Operations Hours: Open 24/7, Monday through Sunday
Differentials:

Additional $1.50/hour for shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, or $1.00/hour for weekend shifts (Saturday - Sunday) between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Incentive Plan:

Earn up to $350 per month based on performance metrics (call quality, attendance, schedule adherence) after training
Paid Training Details:
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong work ethic and commitment.
Consistent attendance and ability to meet the work schedule, including during training.
Successful completion of a 3-to-6-week paid training program.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in navigating multiple applications and research solutions.
A genuine desire to help others and provide optimal solutions.
A calm demeanor when resolving conflicts and problems.
Ability to work in a structured environment with high call volumes.
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of six months experience in call center, customer service, or dispatching roles.
Previous customer service experience.
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Over one year of previous call center experience.
