What You'll Do:
• Provide critical care to ICU patients, ensuring high standards of care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Support patients and families with education and care planning
• Float to the step-down unit as needed
All You Need:
• TNCC Certification: Required
• RN License in California: Required
• BLS/CPR Certification: Required
• BSN Degree: Preferred
• Acute care experience: Preferred
