Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in an acute care setting.

Requirements:
RN licensure in CA: Required
CPR/BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, ACLS: Required
BSN and acute care experience: Preferred
Neonatal Resuscitation & Fetal Monitoring courses: Must complete within 6 months of hire

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Educate patients and families
Respond to emergencies per protocol
Document assessments and interventions accurately
Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient rights
