June 12, 15, 19,
Shift time: 8am to 4:30pm with an unpaid 30-min lunch
Primary Care, Urgent Care and lite Occupational Medicine
Age 2+, 2.5 patients per hour. no walk-ins
Where: Morristown, TN
Feb 21 8am to 5pm with an unpaid 60-min lunch
Ages 2+, 2.5 patients per hour primary care and urgent care
Dyersburg, TN
When: 1/2/23 - 2/10/23
Shift: 8am to 5pm with an unpaid 60-min lunch
Days: M-F
Primary Care, annual physicals, biometrics, sick visits, chronic disease management and light occupational health. Pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals (DOT a must), minor work injury.
TN license and DEA is required. Local candidate (drive in candidate) is the best.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Active TN license
• Active DEA
• DOT Certification
• 1 year of experience
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Strongly prefer local
