Headlight is looking to add 1099 Supervising Psychiatrist to support our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meeting with your provider at a regular cadence (2 hours per month), typically via teleconference in an individual setting. These meetings may support general clinical and professional development questions as well as other aspects of the collaborative relationship.

• Review and respond to clinical questions and escalations during normal business hours

• Conduct 5 chart reviews per month

• Act as the collaborating/supervising physician, overseeing care providing by NP's.

• Execute duties outlined in collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements, including tele-meetings, case reviews, and prescription consultations.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the clinicians under your supervision.

• Offer constructive feedback on clinician performance.

• Maintaining remote access to Company's Electronic Medical Records ("EMR") system.

Qualifications

• State California Medical License, focus Behavioral Health, Psychiatry

• Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification

• Preferred 2 years of Mental Health Practice Experience

• Clinical and administrative supervisory experience.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

$900 - $900 a month

You are provided a monthly stipend upon completion of monthly requirements. Each PMHNP that you supervise is paid at $900 per month and you can supervise 4 PMHNP globally.

Compensation is $900 per supervisee per month. If you have the state maximum of 4 NP Supervisee your total monthly reimbursement is $3600 per month.
