Job Title: Sr. Murex Business Analyst

Job Location: New York City, NY (onsite)

Contract length: 12+months

Responsibilities:
Strong analysis experience in Murex stack - Simulation views, Curve construction, Real-time Risk & PnL, Trade booking, STP, Reporting and Regulatory.
Front-office experience involving FX derivatives.
Experience in using SQL on ORACLE.
Excellent written and oral communication and ability to interact with Trading.

Must have

Very Strong product knowledge in FXD (IRD, CRD, EQD. would be a plus)
Product implementation experience
Very Strong understanding of the P&L concept overall and its components
Very Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle
Strong analytical, pricing, and conceptual skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally
Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues
Must:

Minimum 10+ years of experience as Senior Murex BA.
Experience on Murex with FO functionalities/module
experience in financial markets
Must have a strong personality, logical and analytical skills
Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Nice to have

BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent

Trade life cycle management
Market Data management
Knowledge of SQL (Oracle and Sybase) and Unix commands is a plus
Good understanding of Market Risk Management (including VaR, stress tests, and back-testing)
