They need experience with both languages ;

Key responsibilities is the managerial part. 3-5 years of GCP should suffice as long as it's recent.

Client is looking for a strong Managerial level candidate. All on GCP ( Google Cloud Platform).
Key skills:
• Proficient in programming languages: C#, .Net, Java.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and technologies: Google Cloud CLI, Kubernetes, Docker, Code Quality and Vulnerability Metrics.
• Extensive experience with cloud services: GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Redis/MemCache).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle for one or many enterprise applications, supporting critical business functions:
Buyer and Planner Activities: Vendor management, inventory planning, procurement, and distribution.
Independent Store Operator Activities: Order management, store inventory intake and hand-held devices management.
Warehouse and Logistics: Supply chain management for efficient operations.
Required Skillset:
Proven experience managing onshore and offshore development teams with a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.
Strong capability in applying structured, systematic approaches to guide teams through complex and ambiguous challenges.
Strong understanding of application and service security practices and implementations.
