Join Our Team as a Charge Nurse!
Exciting opportunity for a passionate RN to take on the role of Charge Nurse, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exemplary patient care. As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will lead by example and influence positive outcomes for our patients.
About the Role:
Prepare to manage daily operational oversight for effective healthcare delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient results.
Model excellence in patient care and contribute to unit leadership.
Work Schedule:
This position requires 36 hours per week on a convenient three 12-hour shifts schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Qualifications Needed:
Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least one year of experience as a registered nurse.
Registered Nurse licensure in South Carolina or a compact state.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the AHA.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
As a Charge Nurse, you will be required to:
Perform various functions while standing, walking, and sitting continuously.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion, exerting necessary force if required.
Have the visual and auditory acuity to interact effectively within the healthcare environment.
Work safely in a variety of physical settings, including confined spaces and indoor environments.
