We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations, team, and customer experience at San Antonio, TX.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including team leadership, customer service excellence, fleet management, and financial performance. This individual will play a critical role in achieving branch goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day branch operations including vehicle rentals, fleet maintenance, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Build local relationships with service centers and individual repair networks

Team Leadership

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising branch staff of 2-3 team members
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring team alignment with company values and goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.

Customer Service

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through continuous feedback and service optimization.

Financial Management

• Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets by managing expenses and identifying growth opportunities.

Collaborative Fleet Oversight

• Collaborate with corporate fleet managers to oversee vehicle availability, scheduling, and maintenance to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with the fleet team to ensure timely repairs, inspections, and replacements.

Community Engagement

• Build relationships with local rideshare platforms, drivers, and other community stakeholders.
• Represent RideShare Carz at local events, trade shows, or networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in branch or operations management, preferably in the automotive, rental, or rideshare industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
