The ARCHES Project is looking for a Site Auditor to join their team! The ARCHES Project operates transitional housing shelters for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. This position will coordinate services by facilitating daily operations under Program Management, upholding program data collection & reporting, monitoring shelter staff, and ensuring the provision of client centered and trauma informed care. This position reports to and collaborates with Program Managers to ensure continuity of client services. This position is renewable annually based on continuation of project funding.

There are multiple vacancies for this position. This position requires the availability to work swing 4pm -12:30am, graveyard 12:00am - 8:30am, weekends and/or holidays as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED.
Four years of case management or social service experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
Ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree with three or more years of homeless service delivery experience and mental health certifications and/or licensing.
Experience working with Veterans preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Driver qualifications are required for this position. Valid driver license, insured vehicle available for use on the job, and a satisfactory drive record for the previous three years are required.
Basic Life Support/First Aid Certification is required within first 30 days of hire.
Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Candidate must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Candidate must pass comprehensive MWVCAA and ODHS background screenings prior to employment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITES

Effective interpersonal communication skills, in both oral and written form.
Proficiencies in computers, Microsoft Office products, database software and web tools.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

Visits adult (CRP) and youth (HYS) shelter sites daily to ensure quality of work and service delivery. Manages day-to-day operations.
Responsible for tracking employee attendance at each adult (CRP) and youth (HYS) shelter site during assigned shift to ensure each shift has the required number of staff members in attendance. Tracks and documents call-outs and coordinates shift coverage as needed.
Fills in for Site Assistants and Case Managers upon request by Program Manager.
Facilitates and assists with the daily operations of services, inclusive of housekeeping, laundry, kitchen and supportive services.
Communicates program needs, maintenance issues, staffing issues, and client issues with the program managers.
Ensures that facilities meet licensing requirements and ensures the daily cleanliness of the program facility.
Applies crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
Enters complete client data and service transactions in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
Establishes and maintains positive, productive working relationships with housing programs, police (and other local officials), and providers of services and resources to homeless neighbors.
Pursues Program Critical Strategic Goals, including:
- Embraces the mission and philosophy of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, recovery, client- centered services, Coordinated Assessment, and Harm Reduction
- Displays commitment to community-based projects and needs that are not covered by our current grant structures (finding ways to solve homelessness beyond grant administration).
- Displays commitment and cooperation with co-located agency

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There are no supervisory duties in this position.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to remain calm and engage in de-escalation techniques using trauma-informed care during heightened interactions.
Ability to exercise judgement and quick decision-making skills in response to guest or client incidents.
Requires ability to stay calm and alert during shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Close quarters, often with a client population experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and/or severe and persistent mental illness, and/or unpredictable behavior.
Indoor work environment with frequent interruptions and demands.
Variable and flexible work hours, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Occasional exposure to biohazards requiring frequent use of PPE such as gloves, masks, eye protection, protective clothing and shoes or boots.
Frequent exposure to animals and animal dander.
Frequent driving in all weather conditions.
