The Reservations Team Supervisor has additional responsibilities including:
Providing excellent customer service to all guests
Accurately inputting reservation information including rooming lists, internet, travel agency and sales department requests
Accommodating special guest requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Understanding the sales strategy of the resort, property, and revenue management systems
Ensuring that the reservations team has thorough knowledge of the resort's features, amenities, special events/activities
Monitoring performance of reservations agents for quality, consistency, and accuracy
Ensuring that all group and wedding rooms requirements are accurately communicated
Assisting reservations agents whenever necessary
The position requires previous hotel experience in a similar capacity and the ability to train and motivate a team.
