Position:

Registered Nurse, Respiratory Services

General Description:

Quipt Home Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to practice respiratory care services.

Job duties include but not limited to:

Sets up all highly technical respiratory equipment including but not limited to a) CPAP/BIPAP b) Noninvasive ventilator c) Invasive ventilator d) Other high-tech respiratory equipment as defined by scope of service at the location (e. g. Cough assist, negative pressure ventilation, IPPB, etc. )
Help patients with aerosol therapy, oxygen and other home healthcare equipment
Provide care and education accordingly
Provides initial and ongoing phone contacts with all espiratory patients
Provide in-home visits to patients
Conducts patient assessment
Maintains documentation of all services provided and all work performed
Assumes on-call responsibilities during non-business hours
Requirements

Job Requirements:

Credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Must be licensed in MO
Valid driver's license.
Home respiratory care experience is preferred
Must be able to use Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Access
Excellent verbal skills
Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures.
