Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: CVOR
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (11:00 AM - 11:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12's
Experience: 2 years of direct CVOR experience required, 18 months minimum
License: Must be able to provide a current nursing license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Must-Have:
• Experience in Cardiac OR
• Nicotine free
• Ability to see set up and start call
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs

• Perform nursing duties in the CVOR unit
• Take on cardiac call duties, approximately 6 minimum per month
• Work with time-sensitive modules and complete necessary tests during orientation
• Comfortable working in a teaching facility with a Magnet designation
• Commitment to smoke-free workplace policies
• Open to first-time travelers and those pending testing on EKG and Pharm (study materials provided)
• Ensure all requested time off is submitted upfront during application process
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are mandatory, with only medical/religious exemptions considered
