Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Position requires on-call duties, specifically for Cardiac cases with a minimum of 6 on-call shifts per month.- Flexibility required to fill weekday and weekend on-call shifts; weekends may be 24-hour shifts.- Must be prepared to handle time-sensitive modules for orientation.- First-time travelers are accepted and welcomed.- Orientation includes EKG and Pharm tests with a maximum of two attempts allowed; failure to pass will result in cancellation.- Off-duty responsibilities may include floating within the scope to meet facility needs.- Not open to accommodating block schedules.- Facility observes a strict non-smoking policy; all travelers must be nicotine-free.- Facility is a teaching hospital with approximately 230 staffed beds.- Scrub color is Ceil Blue.- Charting is done using the EPIC system.- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.- Two references from a direct supervisor or manager are required.
