AMCS is a moderately sized, locally owned company seeking a full time manager for their property in Myrtle Beach. Plantation Apartments is an affordable/section 8 community that consists of one hundred apartments. 3 years of working on an affordable/section 8 property is required for this position. Must know how to complete annual certifications/TICS etc. You will be supported in your duties by an asst. manager and full time maintenance technician.

To be a successful candidate you must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high energy personality that enjoys leasing, and resident and prospect contact. The property currently uses industry software that includes; OPS technology, and Onesite Leasing and Rents. Five or more working years experience in the property management field as well as familiarity with these software formats is

required.

South Carolina property manager's license is required for this position. Starting salary, depending on skill and experience at 52K plus.

The ideal candidate will be compensated commensurate with experience and be eligible for the full benefit and vacation packages that includes health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance and short and long term disability.
