Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Product Support Specialists through training, coaching, and feedback
Drive team performance by setting expectations and ensuring metrics are met or exceeded
Optimize processes and workflows to enhance the quality of customer support
Required Qualifications
3+ years of people management experience
Proven track record in managing customer support or implementation teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of customer support best practices and scalable solutions
Familiarity with digital advertising and technical integrations, with experience in CTV platforms being a plus
Data-driven approach to managing teams and tracking performance metrics
