Part Time Recruiting Assistant

Staff Source has an opening in our office in Warren, MI for Part Time Recruiting Assistant.

Our office is open to a college student that may be looking for a company to work around his/her school schedule. Pay rate $15.00 to $17.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

Importing resumes into our system
Screening resumes for possible placement at various open positions
Phone Screening candidates for a variety of industrial/Manufacturing related positions
Emailing candidates confirmation of scheduled appointments
Greeting candidates as they walk in or arrive for their appointments
Answer phones
Data entry-entering information regarding candidates
Filing, copying, and any other office related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Must possess strong communication skills
Assisting candidates with Onboarding process completing tax forms onboarding documents via exact hire - electronic onboarding system.
Must possess strong computer skills; able to navigate Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Learning how to operate applicant tracking software system
Working with other Recruiters in a team environment where collectively the team works to fill all job openings.

Must possess an openness and willingness to learn
