Responsibilities

Provide support and calculation for valuation of accounts receivable within the Revenue Cycle Analytics tool including actual, budgeted, and projected amounts.

Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to the calculation of third party reimbursement.
Work collaboratively with other departments and ministries within their Region related to net revenue management activities.
Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide support upon audit.
Perform the calculations of accounts receivable valuation in Crowe RCA and also evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement in addition to filing annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

RCA/Crowe Experience Required.
Cost Report Experience.
