Human Resources Specialist
At Uline, we recognize that the foundation of our success is our people. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding candidates through the application process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, all while creating an exceptional journey!
We have openings for both English and Bilingual Spanish speakers! For Bilingual positions, fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
Join a collaborative team! This full-time position is on-site, and we welcome individuals who are enthusiastic about our mission.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for candidate queries by monitoring the HR email inbox and providing timely responses.
Schedule interviews, administer pre-employment assessments, and ensure accurate candidate record-keeping.
Support the onboarding process by sharing employment details and completing necessary documentation for new hires.
Relay essential candidate information to interview panels, including management and senior leadership.
Offer daily administrative assistance and contribute to various HR projects.
Prepare weekly summaries of recruitment activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or relevant administrative roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
