What you will do:

Conduct initial & follow-up behavioral assessments with patients.
Develop and complete initial and reauthorization treatment plans in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
Develop, lead implementation of, and monitor individualized treatment programs.
Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA therapists in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
Provide consultation and training to parents, contracted school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
Complete ongoing training and compliance requirements, including annual authorization reports, clinical updates, and crisis plans.
Support other clinical activities as requested by supervisor.

What you will bring to the team:

Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D) with license for assigned state(s)
1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code.
Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

Local travel (50% estimated, depending on need) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
