We are looking for hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you'll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.
And just like all of our team members, our LPNs have access to our supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement.
