As a Plastics Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic engineering department supporting various teams.

$80,000 - $100,000What's the Job? Develop and document processes, tooling, and new product development for thermoformed products.
Optimize productivity, reduce cycle time, improve quality, and minimize scrap through continual process improvement.
Initiate and assist with capital improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant capabilities through new equipment purchases and facility modifications.
Develop and monitor training plans to ensure personnel are well-versed in new process requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to address their needs and enhance operational efficiency.What's Needed? Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a similar engineering field.
Minimum of 5 years of direct manufacturing experience.
Experience with Solidworks and AutoCad is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
