Overview:
Office Manager requires a strong background in the healthcare field and is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of our Columbus facility. This role requires strong administrative, technology and organizational skills.
Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in health care administration or 5+ years related experience.
Excellent analytical abilities
Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally with members of all levels of the organization
Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize and manage projects across multiple departments
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with physicians, patients, and staff at all levels, must have the ability to relate to people in a manner to win confidence and establish rapport

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Receive packages and organize inventory
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and contribute to cleanliness of the facility
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Managing census and billing records
Admission tasks such as auditing intake files, COBs, AORs, family contacts
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Oversee housekeeping
Oversee kitchen
Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as an office manager within the healthcare landscape
Strong administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer literacy, and technology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in a substance abuse/behavioral health facility is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Experience with EMR systems; Kipu is a plus
Experience with medical billing is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy
