Current New York license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
2 current Clinical References

TB Records
Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
