Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Manager to collaborate with Business Unit leadership and pursuit teams on various Business Development initiatives and to manage small, mid, and large size project proposals relating to the planning, design, and construction of facilities and systems for advanced technology/semiconductor clients across the United States.
Successful candidates will team with other professional staff to produce successful responses to client requests and to improve target pursuit materials.
The Marketing & Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the RFP/pursuit process in the US Semiconductor Sector.

This position requires a mature, confident professional who can work well with all levels of people and who enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
Candidates should possess excellent written (including editing) and verbal communications skills, as well as demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and to manage numerous competing priorities.
The position and requires flexibility in work schedule to support demands across time zones.

Role accountabilities:

Development and maintenance of proposal templates, marketing material, and reference libraries.
Sourcing and maintaining client contact and company data.
Updating, formatting, and maintaining team bios and resumes.
Proposal plans and strategies.
Writing content and customizing template material for specific proposal requirements in a dynamic and responsive manner.
Leading the effort to review, update, edit and submit proposals in a timely manner, including review and analysis of client RFP and tracking response requirements and responsibilities for the proposal team.
Creating presentations for client orals/interview meetings as well as leading interview team preparation.
The Marketing & Proposal Manager will provide support on the creation of other less formal pitch materials, when necessary.
Evaluating opportunities and competitive factors to guide the decision-making process on whether to pursue a project.
Preparing research materials/executive briefings to lead a strategy discussion of each opportunity.
Working with Business Development, Business Unit Leadership, and Solution Teams to develop tailored, compelling responses to RFPs and other pitch materials.
Debriefing with the Business Development, Business Unit Leadership, and Solution Teams to assess the results and gather competitive intelligence.
This competitive intelligence will be used to consistently inform how Arcadis US Semiconductor approaches and develops RFPs, with the goal of increasing its win rate.
In addition, the Arcadis US Semiconductor Marketing & Proposal Manager will collaborate on the development of reports/databases to track wins/losses.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, communications, marketing, business or related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in marketing and proposal in a fast-paced consulting, design, and construction industry environment
Proficiency in technical writing
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, Photo Editing, Desktop Publishing.
Must be able to effectively communicate project status to senior management
Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required.
Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.

Candidate possesses exceptional communication capabilities.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Consulting, Architecture/Engineering, and Construction Industry
Comfortably and effectively craft client deliverables in presentation and prose formats
Build strong and authentic relationships with clients and colleagues.
Direct and manage Proposal development, resources, change controls and risks.
You will partner with Business Unit Leadership, Pursuit Teams, Department Managers, and Delivery Teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
Salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
