Description

Nutrition Attendant- Patient Dining at Providence Portland Medical Center- Multiple Shifts Available.

We have full-time (36 hours a week) and part-time schedules available. Shifts are 12 hours a day

$2,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. (Sign-on bonus are for full-time positions only)

Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year.

All Food Service staff must provide a high level of customer service for patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and staff. The Service Excellence Standards of Behavior guidelines must be adhered to at all times. Must have comprehensive knowledge of, and be compliant with, specified regulatory requirements, and food safety and sanitation regulations for food service in a health care environment. Proper sanitation procedures and practices must be following to assure the cleanliness and sanitation of ware-washing, service-ware, equipment in the work area. Adhere to County/State Health department, hospital, and department standards, policies and procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

1 year of Customer service, computer skills, patient interaction, healthcare food service and food service experience.

Healthcare food service using therapeutic diets.

Experienced in use of computer applications, e.g., Word, Office etc., with focus on data input.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high volume call center.
