Will float to Inpatient Rehab unit, Skilled Nursing unit as well as our Progressive Care Unit, taking MS appropriate assignments.
Staff may float to other departments to task/help and not assume a patient assignment depending on department/organization needs.

First week in classroom then 2- 12 hour shifts on the floorFaced paced unit with a fluctuating census.
Unit is focused on hourly rounding, bedside shift report, nurse communication and team nursing.

Radius Rule:
50 miles AND candidate may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
