Job Overview:

Are you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands-on experience? If yes, join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Machine Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility.

In this vital Machine Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay:

$20 / hr. plus $2.00 night shift premium

Highlights of your role:

Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

Salary Range:
$20-22 / hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

High school degree or GED
Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success
Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology is required
Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
