License: Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License - RRT
Certifications: ACLS, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Must-Have:
• Basic interpretation skills for electrocardiograms
• Understanding of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Knowledge of indications and contraindications for respiratory care procedures
• Ability to perform advanced cardiac life support protocols
• Ability to perform pediatric life support protocols
• Ability to perform neonatal life support protocols
• Proficiency in intubation procedures
• Assume responsibility for respiratory care delivered to patients in various settings, including acute care and emergency rooms.
• Conduct respiratory care assessments and consultations with patients, providing consistent and relevant data on patient conditions to physicians.
• Perform basic interpretation of electrocardiograms, identifying life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Understand and execute advanced cardiac, pediatric, and neonatal life support protocols.
• Successfully perform intubation procedures when required.
