General Liability Defense Attorney Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong civil litigation practice, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Liability Defense Associate Attorney to join their California team.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense cases, including premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect.
Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
Provide strategic counsel and advocacy tailored to client needs.
Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of post-Bar experience in general liability defense.
Must be licensed in California, in good standing.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
