The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse I (APRN-I) provides comprehensive, evidence-based advanced practice nursing to address the physiologic, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients and families within the framework of the collaborative practice agreement.
The APRN-I participates in beginning leadership, evidenced-based practice/ research, and organizational development activities with the support and direction of an experienced APRN mentor.

Qualifications+ Master's Degree Required and 1-2 years experience Pediatric RN experience.

• DNP preferred and 1-2 years experience Pediatric RN experience.

• Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire+ Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas required upon hire+ RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO+ APRN KS Advanced Practice Registered Nurse KS APRN license in Kansas Required Upon Hire+ APRN MO Advanced Practice Registered Nurse MO APRN documentation of Recognition in Missouri Required Upon Hire+ APRN board certification congruent with population and practice setting (see policy statement:
