What youll do:

As a Human Resources Associate with The Shyft Group, you will gain comprehensive exposure to HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development.

Over the course of 3 years, you will rotate through multiple functions, working on key projects, developing technical and interpersonal skills, and building a solid foundation for your career within the organization.

Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs.

Collaborate on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion strategies, and performance management.

Conduct research and data analysis to support HR decision-making.

Provide recommendations for improving HR policies and practices.

Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and create development programs that enhance efficiency.

Work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver on strategic business goals.

Lead or contribute to projects in each rotation, driving measurable results.

Develop a deep understanding of company operations and industry trends.

Build and refine your skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional communication.

Adapt quickly to new environments and take initiative to learn and grow within each rotation.

What you need to be successful:

Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

Must be either a December 2024 or Spring 2025 graduate

Must be able to relocate to two to three times during the three-year rotational period

Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3. 20). Transcripts must be submitted with Resume.

Strong interest in organizational development and employee engagement

Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to new challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of your work.

Passion for learning and a commitment to driving success within a dynamic organization

Preferred Skills:

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions
