Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM Audit Request and Compliance Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier BANKING clients in uburn Hills, MI.
2x weekly onsite Responsibilities :
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide.
Required Skills :
Develop, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and support to business unites regarding IAM policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews of IAM policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendation for remediation.
Respond to IAM-related incidents, ensuring they are handled appropriately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Conduct training an awareness sessions on IAM policies and procedures for business units and end-users Qualifications :
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
3 years od experience in IAM governance, risk, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of IAM principles, practices and technologies Experience in conducting IAM risk assessments and developing IAM policies and procedures Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC.
IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
