About the Practice:

The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including the Vatech CBCT Green X, offering unparalleled digital imaging capabilities to support high-quality dentistry. The facility is modern, updated, and designed for optimal workflow and patient comfort.

Compensation:

Earnings: 30-35% of collections with a guaranteed minimum daily rate of $700 for an agreed period.
Example Pay Structure:
- Minimum: $650/day for a full-time schedule equates to an approximate annual salary of $169,000 (5 days/week, 10 days/pay period).
- Bonus Potential: If collections exceed the minimum, you earn the higher amount. For instance, collections of $17,000 in a pay period would result in $5,950 earnings.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Every other Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Qualifications:

Education:
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Licensing & Certifications:
- Active Michigan Dental License and DEA license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
Experience:
- Prior experience in clinical or private practice settings preferred.
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental standards and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent chairside manner and patient rapport.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with Word, Excel, or similar programs.
Experience with EagleSoft dental management software is a plus.
