Phoenix Industrial Services has teamed up with a premier material handling company in Inkster, MI, who is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Repair Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC technician , plumber, carpenter, and roofer.
A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
Fix any minor and major repairs to all buildings.
Fix any minor and major repairs to all machinery and equipment.
Readily responds to all emergency maintenance requests.
Follow all company guidelines and policies.
Attention to detail and focus to given tasks.
Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
Work productively and efficiently within a team environment.
Skills
Operate equipment using both power and hand tools.
Work under time constraints and in a fast paced environment.
Adapt to changing work priorities.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Using PP equipment required for plant maintenance tech.
Willing to work overtime as needed.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
