Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, MI is seeking an occasional PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team! This position may work at our outpatient therapies centers in Calumet and Houghton.

The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

• Management has an open-door policy and works directly in the clinic with staff performing patient care

• We strive for providing quality over quantity and provide 1:1 therapist to patient treatments

• We encourage therapist autonomy

HOURS: This position is occasional / as needed; 0 FTE.

Experience/Qualifications

• BS, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy required.

• Current or eligible for MI licensure.

• CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.

• 1 year of experience in an acute hospital setting or outpatient facility preferred.
