is a skilled nursing facility located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy and reliable part-time Medical Records Clerk to join our team!
Position: Medical Records
The Medical Records responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain medical records following state federal guidelines policies. You may be asked to other assigned duties.
Responsible to order supplies and maintain supplies
Performs various office duties such as answering telephone relaying messages, assisting in mailing.
Assist Office Manage with A/R, A/P Billing and Resident Account functions.
Collects files documents, correspondence and other printed material
Performs other tasks as assigned
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be accurate, concise and detailed oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident information to assure residents rights are protected
