Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a DDA Supervisor at Beatrice Loving Heart. The DDA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating with families, and ensuring quality services for individuals. This position is based in Lanham, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Case Management, Care Planning, and Coordination skills
Experience in working with individuals with complex medical needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of community resources and services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field
