We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the critical systems and networks of our federal client! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage IT infrastructure operations, including data centers, virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Nutanix), cloud services, and network storage.
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Optimize system performance through monitoring, resource utilization, and lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and NIST.
Respond to critical infrastructure incidents and collaborate with IT security teams on vulnerability management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 10 years in IT support, including 5+ years managing IT infrastructure operations.
Expertise in virtual environments, network management, and scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
