Integration Engineer

At EES we love to automate systems. When things get in the way of productivity, the team steps in to remove the hurdles. The EES's Integration Services team is responsible to identify time-consuming manual processes and build automated solutions that are reliable and scalable. You listen to EES employees and clients to transform their needs into high-level technical specifications, and design and develop the recommended solution. Whether it be a client solution or internal process improvement, you will help the end-users to work smarter, faster, and efficiently.

Provide technical and design support to customers ensuring they can integrate with EES's product APIs.
Ability to comprehensively understand client's workflow and business processes required to integrate with EES's product suite.
Provide design and implementation feedback to the software development group regarding client-facing APIs.
Present EES integration solutions to technical and non-technical audiences through webinars, meetings, and conferences.
Develop robust, innovative, and user-friendly web applications, including consumer-facing web experiences.

About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

At least 2+ years of experience working with APIs and helping them integrate in customer workflows.
At least 2+ years of experience working in customer support roles.
Experience with Microsoft .NET technology and Windows server operating system.
Proficient in database concepts and experience working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
AWS certifications are a plus, however not required.
