This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal to contribute to a premier insurance defense team.
Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Responsibilities
Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings.
Perform e-filing in state and federal courts.
Manage attorney calendars, docketing, and general administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain electronic case files and documents.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a legal administrative, assistant, or paralegal role.
Familiarity with defense litigation and insurance (P&C) work preferred.
Experience with case management systems is a plus.
High school diploma required; a paralegal certificate or associate degree is a plus.
Schedule:
100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
