SAP Clerk/Production Support

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for accuracy and reporting of materials required to support the operations of the Florence Mega manufacturing facility. The SAP Clerk will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work directly with the Quality and Production departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform SAP and other data entry functions.
Maintain routine paperwork and documentation.
Interface with Warehouse Clerks and departmental staff to share and coordinate workload.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 6S guidelines.
Work within guidelines of basic lean initiatives, while preventing waste.
Participate in on-site lean initiatives and training.
Support production team with necessary items.
Support with Inventories and cycle counts as needed.
Support quality with proper documentation records.
Perform additional task as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years previous experience
SAP Experience (2+ years preferred)

Ability to work cross functionally with teams to balance solutions in accordance with budget, schedule and tools
Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
Attention to detail - Should be able to complete accurate data entry and develop accurate written materials
Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders
Professional communication skills - Should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors both via verbal and written communication
Technical Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, findings & recommendations to senior leadership
