Java GCP

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy

Java-based applications

on

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Design and implement

microservices

using

Spring Boot

and integrate with GCP services like

Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Firestore .
Optimize application performance and scalability on

GCP infrastructure .
Work with

GCP storage solutions

(BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore, or Cloud Storage).
Implement

CI/CD pipelines

for automated deployment using

Cloud Build and GitHub Actions .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance cloud applications.
Required Skills:
Strong

Java (8/11/17)

programming skills.
Experience with

Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices

architecture.
Hands-on experience with


services.
Familiarity with

Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Run, or App Engine .
Knowledge of

Cloud SQL, Firestore, or BigQuery

for data storage.

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build) .
Understanding of

IAM roles, security best practices, and cloud networking .
Nice-to-Have:

Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager

for infrastructure as code (IaC).

serverless computing

(Cloud Functions).

Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Pub/Sub .
Exposure to

DevOps practices

and

monitoring tools

like Stackdriver.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree

in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years

of experience in Java development.
1+ year of experience working with GCP .
